Pilot a Barge
jubilant that barge moving forward slowly After weeks of toil in the 'twilight zone', I completed my work pretty much as the shipyard finished theirs. The interior was stripped of anything that I thought wouldn't be needed and I'd done my best to think of everything that I needed done while Vitesse was out of the water. After all, once she was back afloat, it would be an expensive business to haul her out again. There was in hindsight things I missed out, but that is one of things you learn as you go along the big adventurous path! Vitesse was readied for being put back in the water.

After weeks of toil in the 'twilight zone', I completed my work on the barge pretty much as the shipyard finished theirs. The interior was stripped of anything that I thought wouldn't be needed and I'd done my best to think of everything that I needed done while Vitesse was out of the water. After all, once she was back afloat, it would be an expensive business to haul her out again.
